We wanted to reach out to you about our Eisenhower Food Pantry that serves Churchill, Muir, McArthur, Blackwell and Armstrong families as well. Although families are not able to physically enter the pantry, you are able to fill out this form to schedule a time to pick up the items you would like: Food Pantry Form. At this time, families will only be able to pick up food once per month. You will receive this form every month as a reminder to submit an order. Pick up will be at Eisenhower in front of door 6 (side door near the smaller parking lot). Please call the main office at 847.357.5500 when you arrive at door 6, and someone will bring your delivery out. Thank you!

Queríamos comunicarnos con usted sobre nuestra Despensa de Alimentos Eisenhower, que también atiende a familias de Churchill, Muir, McArthur, Blackwell y Armstrong.
