Students in 4th-6th will learn about anime and making a book. They meet on Mondays after school through the year.

This club is for students in 1st-6th who will read 10-12 books from October through April, create and talk through questions to prepare for the final battle and possibly compete in the district-level battle. 1/2 meets on Wednesdays, 3/4 meets on Mondays, and 5/6 meets on Tuesday mornings before school.

Students in 3rd-6th will design and build a machine that accomplishes an assigned task. They meet after school on Thursdays from October to February.

This is a singing club for 3rd-6th students. They meet on Fridays from January through April.

Students in 4th grade will be involved in the fundraising decisions related to Springfield. They will meet every other Tuesday until April.

Students in 3rd-6th are brought together with other students with and without special needs to participate in fun games and social activities. They meet after school every other Tuesday.

Students in 3rd-5th will learn about computer science and its application to real-world situations. They will learn the basics of coding using Legos. They meet after school on Mondays from January through March.

Students in 1st-2nd learn the fundamentals of dance, including body, space, energy, action, time, and relationship, as they relate to Latin American dance styles. They meet on Thursdays from January through beginning of March.

Students in 3rd-6th will help to plant, maintain, and harvest the teaching garden before school on Thursdays during the fall and spring months.

Girls in 5th-6th will learn social emotional lessons tied to an end goal of running a 5K. They will meet after school on Mondays from March-May.

Students in 3rd-6th will play Spanish games on Thursdays until April.

Students in 5th-6th help with arrival and dismissal, getting the little kids to their buses, and being a role model to others. They meet every other week on Wednesdays.

Students in K-2nd will learn some cheers, perform at our PBIS assemblies, and help with welcoming the students in the morning. They meet after school on Thursdays.

Students in 5th-6th will work on producing the morning announcements and broadcasting it for the entire school. They meet every morning before school and at lunch on Tuesdays.

Students in 4th-6th will work together to promote kindness at school, at home, in the community, and the world. This club meets on Wednesday mornings year round.

Students in 5th-6th will have the opportunity to build rockets, learn about space travel, and participate in a rocket launch in the spring.

Students in 5th-6th will manage the school store that offers items to sell to students. Students will stock and maintain the store, run promotions, handle sales, and ultimately generate revenue to support the school.

Students in 3rd-5th will conduct science experiments, data collection, and open ended questioning. They meet on Fridays through the year.

MacArthur International Spanish Academy
